Results of the Special Assessment of Working Conditions (SAWC)

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a vital part of Volgogradnefteproekt LLC's operations. Our OHS Policy is aimed at preserving the lives, health, and working capacity of employees during their work activities, creating safe working conditions, managing the risks of occupational injuries and illnesses, and monitoring and assessing the compliance of working conditions with OHS requirements.
To identify harmful and hazardous production factors that affect human health during work, Volgogradnefteproekt LLC conducts a Special Assessment of Working Conditions (SAWC) at all workplaces. Based on the SAWC results, the classes of working conditions are established, and measures aimed at improving employees' working conditions are developed and implemented.
In accordance with the requirements of Clause 6, Article 15 of the Federal Law No. 426-FZ dated December 28, 2013, "On the Special Assessment of Working Conditions," the following documents are published on the Company's website:
