Hazard identification, occupational risk assessment (ORA) and application of management measures to eliminate hazards and minimize occupational health and safety risks are performed in accordance with corporate standards.

The Company puts continuous effort to improve working conditions at workplaces. In Russia, the primary tool for assessing and managing working conditions is a special assessment of working conditions.

The Program for Improving Working Conditions and Occupational Safety and Health is implemented annually.

Thanks to the consistent implementation of measures to enhance working conditions over recent years, no harmful conditions exist in workplaces.

Summary data on the results of the special assessment of working conditions (SAWC) in terms of establishing classes (subclasses) of working conditions at workplaces are published on the official website and the website of the Ministry of Labor.

The Company's structural subdivisions monitor indicators characterizing the state of working conditions. Based on this analysis, proposals are developed to prioritize measures for improving working conditions, taking into account key influencing factors, as well as to optimize work and rest shedules.
